IS THERE A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
Yes, all packages require a non-refundable deposit to book. This deposit is deducted from the package price and the remaining balance will be collected the day of your scheduled shoot. Deposit amounts are based on your selected package, this information is provided under our SERVICES page.
WHAT IS THE PHOTO SELECTION PROCESS?
We will send you a link of proofs up to 72 hours after your shoot for you to select the ones you like. Photo selection is based on your package. Please do NOT select more photos then what your package offers. If more are selected, there will be an additional fee for the selected photos. Once you let us know you have your favorites selected, the 14 business day delivery for retouched photos will start the NEXT day. Please also keep in mind once your favorites are selected they are FINAL.
WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY PHOTOS?
All photos will be delivered within 14 BUSINESS DAYS and will be delivered via an online gallery where you will be able to download, view and share your images!
WILL I RECEIVE ALL PHOTOS TAKEN?
The amount of photos received will be based on your chosen photography package. We DO NOT provide RAW/unedited photos at this time.
DO YOU OFFER PRINTS?
Unfortunately, prints are not offered at this time.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Credit/Debit, CashApp, ZELLE, Apple Pay or Paypal
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?
We understand life happens and that’s okay! If you need to cancel or reschedule please let us know at least 48 hours before our scheduled time. At that time, you have a week to reschedule and the deposit can be transferred to the rescheduled shoot. However, please keep in mind your deposit is non-refundable by any means. If you do not reschedule within 7 days of cancellation you must pay another deposit. No exceptions.
CAN I BRING SOMEONE?
Yes, you may bring a friend and/or family member to help support you during your photoshoot. However, we highly recommend only bringing those who will be helping you. Please also let us know if you plan on bringing an additional person so we are aware.
